Paul Hastings Advised Alunorte in Dollar-Linked Brazilian Solar Power Agreement

Paul Hastings LLP advised Alunorte, a Brazilian aluminum producer, in connection with its Dollar-linked power purchase agreement with a Brazilian solar project sponsored by Norwegian energy companies Hydro Rein, Scatec, and Equinor Renewables, which received US$440 million in financing from IDB Invest.
