Yuzhou Properties Issues US$375 Million Senior Notes Offering

Hong Kong – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Yuzhou Properties Company Limited (“Yuzhou Properties”), a leading property developer in China’s Fujian province listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on its issuance of US$375 million 6.375% senior notes (“Notes”) due 2021. BOC International, Haitong International, Credit Suisse, Huatai Financial and Yuzhou Financial acted as the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

Yuzhou Properties intends to use the net proceeds primarily for refinancing its existing indebtedness and for general working capital purposes.

Paul Hastings has advised Yuzhou Properties on a number of its debt and equity-related transactions over the past few years including on its US$300 million senior perpetual securities offering in 2017, its US$250 million and US$350 million senior notes offerings in 2017, its US$250 million senior notes offering in 2014, and its US$208 million Hong Kong IPO and Global Offering in 2009 (advising the underwriters).
