Weimob Inc., the largest WeChat-based third-party service provider, Completes HK$756 Million Hong Kong IPO

Beijing/Hong Kong – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised Deutsche Securities Asia Limited and Haitong International Capital Limited as joint sponsors on the HK$756 million global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by Weimob Inc. 

Weimob Inc. is the largest WeChat-based third-party service provider for SMBs in China as measured by revenue and number of paying merchants in 2017, with a market share of 15.3% in terms of revenue. It offers a wide array of cloud-based commerce and marketing solutions through software as a service (SasS) products and targeted marketing. 

The Paul Hastings team was led by corporate partners Nan Li and Zhaoyu Ren, with support from Kelvin Chu, Stella Hu, Berton Wang, Sean Ge, Xiaoxiao Liu, Harvey Lin and Stephanie Yau.
