Saba Software To Be Acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand for $1.4 Billion

San Francisco – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Saba Software, a portfolio company of Vector Capital, with respect to Cornerstone OnDemand Inc’s agreement to acquire Saba for US$1.395 billion in cash and stock. Saba is a global leader in talent experience solutions with more than 20 years of industry experience developing, delivering and supporting learning, performance and recruiting product solutions.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2020.
