RSE Ventures Closes Round of Strategic Funding to Bluestone Lane

New York - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented venture investment firm RSE Ventures on their recent significant minority investment in Bluestone Lane, the Australian-style coffee and cafe brand. The strategic investment will fund Bluestone Lane’s global expansion across ten cities over the next two years, doubling the number of Bluestone Lane locations.

RSE Ventures was founded to back forward-thinking entrepreneurs in the sports, media and entertainment industries and invests the funds of Stephen M. Ross.  Mr. Ross is the Chairman and Founder of the global real estate firm Related Companies and principal owner of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins. RSE Ventures also maintains a strategic position in David Chang’s Momofuku restaurant group.

The Paul Hastings team was led by Corporate partner Stefan dePozsgay and also included partners Andrew Short and Eric Keller, and associates Joseph Eno and Ryan Enchelmayer, and law clerk Bo-Shan Xiang. The team has previously represented RSE Ventures in connection with its investments in the Momofuku restaurant group, Milk Bar, &pizza, Resy Networks, Vayner Media and Relevent Sports, organizer of the International Champions Cup soccer tournament.
