Paul Hastings Strengthens Litigation Practice in New York with the Addition of Top Litigation Partner

New York, New York (March 19, 2009) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that Douglas Koff, formerly of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, joins Paul Hastings as a partner in the Litigation Department.  Mr. Koff is based in the firms New York office.

Mr. Koffs practice focuses on securities and corporate litigation, complex business litigation and related government and internal investigations. He has represented both public and private companies as well as officers, directors and employees of such entities, in issues ranging from securities fraud and criminal matters to civil litigation and SEC enforcement proceedings.
