Paul Hastings’ Response to COVID-19 and Our Commitment to You

March 17, 2020

To our clients, alumni, and friends,

The increasing spread of COVID-19 shows how interconnected our world has become. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our people, clients and communities to which we are strongly connected.

The well-being of our people and providing uninterrupted service to our clients are our two primary considerations in our planning and decision making around COVID-19.

We are committed to supporting our people working remotely to enable seamless service to our clients, and have the necessary technological and operational infrastructure already in place.

We are assessing the situation daily, remaining vigilant, and following all recommendations from global and local health authorities. Accordingly, we have asked our lawyers and professional staff to work from home and are following various health authorities’ guidance to ensure there is a safe working environment in all of our offices.

We are also helping our clients navigate COVID-19 related challenges. We have an interdisciplinary COVID-19 Task Force that is helping to answer client questions and have created a library of content here. We are also monitoring U.S. court closings, cancellations, and restrictions due to COVID-19 here.

Our commitment to providing the highest level of client service is unwavering. We are dedicated to protecting the safety and well-being of our people while delivering the best legal advice to our clients in a seamless and uninterrupted fashion.
Above all, our thoughts are with those impacted by the virus and we wish everyone health and safety in the weeks to come.
