Paul Hastings Represents Victory Park Capital in the Restructuring of Mi Pueblo Foods

Chicago, IL - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Victory Park Capital in the restructuring of, and its investment in, San Jose-based Hispanic grocery chain, Mi Pueblo Foods.  Mi Pueblo Foods is Northern California’s leading neighborhood grocery retailer with 21 locations in the Bay Area, Monterey Peninsula and Central Valley.

Mi Pueblo filed for Chapter 11 in July 2013 and emerged from bankruptcy proceedings in connection with the completion of the Victory Park Capital financing, in which Victory Park Capital provided debt financing and acquired an equity interest in Mi Pueblo Foods.
