Paul Hastings Represents Underwriters in Offering of Common Shares of Premium Leisure Corp.

Hong Kong (October 6, 2014) - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented CLSA Limited, as the Sole Global Coordinator, and Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and Macquarie Capital (Singapore) Pte Limited, as Joint Global Bookrunners, in the secondary offering of common shares of Premium Leisure Corp. by shareholders Belle Corporation, APC Group, Inc., Foundation Capital Resources, Inc. and Parallax Resources, Inc. Premium Leisure Corp.’s common shares are listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Premium Leisure Corp. (formerly known as Sinophil Corporation) is a Philippines-based gaming company.
Paul Hastings previously advised the international underwriters on the US$405 million initial public offering by Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc., a developer and operator of Resorts World Manila, the first integrated tourism resort in the Philippines, and listing of its shares on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
