Paul Hastings Represents Starwood Capital Group in Management Agreements for Silvertree Hotel and Wildwood Lodge

Los Angeles, CA (September 27, 2011) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Starwood Capital Group, a US-based global investment firm, in signing two management agreements with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. for the management of both the Silvertree Hotel and Conference Center and the Wildwood Lodge two premier resort locations in Snowmass Village, Colorado.

Starwood Capital Group intends to significantly renovate both hotels to broaden their appeal as destination properties in one of the worlds top ski resort communities. Following the completion of the renovations, the Silvertree Hotel will operate under Starwood Hotels' Westin® brand, while Wildwood Lodge will remain under an independent flag.
