Paul Hastings Represents Managers For La Fée Maraboutée in Connection With Secondary LBO

Paris, France- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised the management of La Fée Maraboutée in connection with their secondary LBO. Together with the members of management, Silverfleet Capital, an investment fund, acquired all of La Fée Maraboutée’s share capital from Dzeta Conseil.
Founded in 1996 by Jean-Pierre Braillard, La Fée Maraboutée is a maker of line of a ready-to-wear clothing and accessories for women, and had total sales of nearly € 100 million (up 36% since 2010). La Fée Maraboutée is sold both at wholesale through nearly multi-brand 1700 outlets in France and internationally, and through a chain of more than 90 stores under its brand in France, in Europe, in the Middle East, and in Asia.
Private Equity partners Olivier Deren and Pascal de Moidrey led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Tax partner Allard de Waal and associate Laurent Ragot.
