Paul Hastings Represents Lead Arrangers in SiteOne Landscape Supply’s Dividend Recap

NEW YORK – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented UBS AG, Stamford Branch, as administrative agent and UBS Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs Bank USA, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., ING Capital LLC, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Natixis, New York Branch and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with SiteOne Landscape Supply’s $275 million amended and restated term loan credit facility.

The proceeds of the term loans were used to pay a special dividend to owners of SiteOne including private equity sponsor Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, refinance existing term loan indebtedness and pay down a portion of SiteOne’s $325 million asset-based credit facility.
