Paul Hastings Represents Lead Arrangers in MSX International’s Refinancing

New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented RBC Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with a $260 million refinancing for MSX International, Inc., a provider of retail network performance, talent acquisition, and management strategies services and solutions.

The financing included a $220 million senior secured term loan credit facility and a $40 million senior secured revolving credit facility, the proceeds of which were used to refinance the existing debt of the company.

Leveraged Finance partner Randal Palach led the Paul Hastings team, which included Leveraged Finance partner Michael Baker and associates Danny Choi, Seth Chandler and Cecilia Wang.
