Paul Hastings represents Franchise Services of North America Inc. in Acquisition of assets from Hertz

Washington, D.C. Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Franchise Services of North America Inc. (FCHAF), an experienced operator of car rental brands, in the acquisition of certain assets from Hertz in connection with its $2.3 billion purchase of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. Hertz was required to divest its Advantage business, selected airport concessions and certain other assets following the closing of the acquisition.
