Paul Hastings Represents Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities as Joint Book Runners In Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.'s $172,500,000 Public Offering Of Convertible Senior Notes

New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s (NYSE: BXMT) public offering of convertible senior notes.

Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that primarily originates and purchases senior mortgage loans collateralized by properties in the United States and Europe, sold a total of $172,500,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.25% convertible senior notes due 2018 (including the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option).  Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. is externally managed by a subsidiary of The Blackstone Group, L.P.

Blackstone Capital Markets acted as co-manager for the offering.
