Paul Hastings Recognized for Pro Bono Work in Fight Against HIV/AIDS

Los Angeles, California (April 20, 2010)- Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm has been recognized for its exemplary pro bono work in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The firm has received the Spirit of Hope award from Being Alive, a peer-driven non-profit agency for people living with HIV/AIDS, for its pro bono work to combat the state of Californias budget cuts to AIDS service organizations.

Paul Hastings represented AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA), one of the many AIDS service organizations that have been crippled by the recent cuts to Californias budget. The Paul Hastings team included Eve Coddon, Jeffrey Haber, Cameron Fox, and Amanda Bolliger.
