New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm has been recognized by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) and Flex-Time Lawyers as one of the best law firms for women, which will be featured in Working Mother magazine. This distinction follows the firms receipt of Gold Standard Certification from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum for integrating women in top leadership positions and compensating them well.

Paul Hastings is committed to attracting, retaining and maximizing the performance of women, said Jennifer Owens, director of the Working Mother Research Institute. We are proud to recognize them for their efforts in paving the way for diversification and womens professional advancement, she added.

Our recognition as a 2011 Best Law Firm for Women, together with our distinction from WILEF for integrating women in senior leadership, highlight our dedication to advancing women, said Elizabeth Noe, chair of the Corporate practice at Paul Hastings.

The firm is recognized as a firm of choice for law firm management and leadership, with female lawyers serving as office chairs, practice group leaders, policy committee members, and committee chairs.
