Paul Hastings’ IP Practice Receives Four LMG Life Sciences Awards Nominations

New York and Washington, D.C. – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the IP Practice has once again been recognized with nominations in four categories at the 2020 LMG Life Sciences Awards, which honor the “leading North American law firms and lawyers specialized in the life sciences industry.”

The IP Practice received nominations in the following categories:

  • Hatch-Waxman Litigation Firm of the Year – Branded

  • Inter-Partes Review Firm of the Year

  • Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year – Branded: Bruce Wexler

  • Post Grant Proceedings Attorney of the Year: Naveen Modi

LMG will declare the winners at a virtual ceremony on September 23, 2020. In 2019, the firm was nominated in several categories, and won IPR Firm of the Year.
