Paul Hastings Advises JP Morgan Asset Management on the Creation of German Logistics Joint Venture

LONDON (August 6, 2007) Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that it has advised a property fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management on the creation of a joint venture with Colonia Real Estate AG.

The venture has €200 million of buying power and will invest in logistics and warehouse facilities throughout Germany.

The transaction was led out of the firms London office by London office Chair and Real Estate Partner Mark Eagan and Partner Ronan OSullivan, who were assisted by Associate Anna Whyte.

Colonia Real Estate AG was advised by Christian Albrecht of Rechtsanwalt und Steuerberater, Heidelberg.
