Lexington Realty Trust Sells Office Property Portfolio for $726 Million

New York - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Lexington Realty Trust in their $726 million sale of a 21-asset office portfolio to a joint venture between Lexington Realty Trust and affiliates of Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP. The joint venture is 80 percent owned by Davidson Kempner affiliates and 20 percent owned by Lexington, which will continue to manage the properties.

The Paul Hastings team was led by Real Estate partner David Hamsher and included finance partner Bob Keane, corporate partner Elizabeth Noe and associate Alexandra Greene, tax partner Andrew Short and associate Matt Tippett, and real estate of counsel John Opgenorth and associates Jamie Brown and Nancy Zambrana.
