ORANGE COUNTY, CA – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented GI Partners, a leading middle market private equity firm, in connection with its investment in Far Niente Wine Estates, which includes the Far Niente winery, as well as sister wineries Dolce, Nickel & Nickel, EnRoute and Bella Union.
