Equistone Partners Europe Invests in Wallenborn Transports Group

Paris – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised Equistone Partners Europe in connection with its investment in Wallenborn Transports Group, one of Europe’s largest road feeder services (RFS) operators, alongside with the key manager of Wallenborn Transports Group, Frantz Wallenborn.

Established in 1920 in Luxembourg and located in 12 countries across Europe, Wallenborn Transports Group, led by Frantz Wallenborn, is the market leader in major markets including Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, and Scandinavia, and is specialized in overland, air cargo, secure, temperature controlled, and outsize.

The Paul Hastings team was composed of corporate partners Olivier Deren and Sébastien Crepy and associates Nicolas Lovas and Ted Dimvula, as well as partner Olivier Vermeulen and counsel Marc Zerah from our finance team.

The Luxembourg office of Stibbe Avocats (Michaël Meylan, Vanessa Schmitt and Estelle Schul) has also advised the Paul Hastings team and Equistone Partners Europe on Luxembourg legal issues.
