Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs Lead Debut High-Yield Notes Issuance for ADES International

London - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs as global coordinators for the debut high-yield notes issuance of ADES International Holding PLC, a leading oil & gas drilling and production services provider in the Middle East and North Africa. Paul Hastings also represented Citigroup as bookrunner and Clarksons Platou as co-manager for the offering. The $325 million of 8.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 will be used for certain debt refinancing purposes, and to pay fees, costs and expenses related to the offering.
