Ally Bridge Group invests in China's Oncology Big Data Company, LinkDoc Technology

April 19, 2016

Beijing - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Ally Bridge Group (“ABG”), a global healthcare-focused investment group, in its Series B investment into LinkDoc Technology Limited ("LinkDoc"), a leading oncology big data company based in China, alongside other leading Chinese and international investors.

This is the latest in a series of transactions in which the firm has advised clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. We advised Harmonicare on its global offering and Hong Kong listing. We also advised Livzon Pharmaceutical Group on its B-to-H share listing, and on Phoenix Healthcare Group’s multiple share placements.

The Paul Hastings team was led by partner Nan Li, with support from associate Joyce Du.

At Paul Hastings, our purpose is clear — to help our clients and people navigate new paths to growth. With a strong presence throughout Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the U.S., Paul Hastings is recognized as one of the world’s most innovative global law firms.
