Paul Hastings Advises Hexagon on Acquisition of Aero Photo Europe Investigation

Paul Hastings LLP advised Hexagon in connection with the acquisition of Aero Photo Europe Investigation, a French company specialising in aerial mapping, to augment its geospatial data platforms.

Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and is expected to be finalised by the end of Q2 2025.

Private Equity partner Sébastien Crepy led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Charles Filleux-Pommerol and Stéphane Henry and associates Capucine Chareton, Laëtitia Mingarelli, Vincent Nacinovic, Adèle Patinier and Alexandre Ruiz.
