폴 헤이스팅스, 한국수자원공사의 미화 3억 달러 규모 Green Notes발행에 대해 공동 주간사단 자문

Paul Hastings LLP acted as sole international counsel to the joint lead managers in connection with Korea Water Resources Corporation’s (K-water’s) issuance of US$300 million 4.375% green notes due 2027 under its US$2 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The transaction closed on May 21, 2025. The offering was conducted in reliance on Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the notes were listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, The Korea Development Bank and Standard Chartered Bank acted as joint lead managers.
Paul Hastings also assisted K-water and dealers with the update of its US$2 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, which was completed on April 1, 2025.
