Overview
Mélanie Morlane is an associate in the Corporate department and Public Law practice and is based in the firm’s Paris office.
She advises public and private clients on all aspects of public law (public procurement contracts, public domain, national and local public enterprises, state aid, etc.) and regulatory law (energy, transport and electronic communications).
Mélanie also specializes in environmental law (classified facilities, management of polluted sites, environmental authorizations, etc.) and urban planning law (planning permission, modification of urban planning documents, pre-emption right, etc.).
Since 2023, Mélanie has been a lecturer in public law at the School of Public Affairs at Sciences Po Paris.
