Overview
小澤享太郎（旧姓：辺見）は、ポール・ヘイスティングス法律事務所東京オフィス所属の訴訟専門アソシエイトである。主として訴訟案件を取り扱い、特にバイオ医薬品、特許、及び営業秘密に関する重大利害（high-stakes）紛争を中心とする業務を行っている。クロスボーダー案件を担当し、提訴前調査の主導から、裁判に於ける証人尋問に至るまで、 案件の開始から終結まで一貫してクライアントを助言している。
日本に生まれ、米国で育ったことから、英語及び日本語双方に堪能である。
ポール・ヘイスティングス入所以前は、ニューヨーク所在の大手法律事務所にてアソシエイトとして勤務した。ニューヨーク州裁判所及び連邦裁判所に於いて数多く出廷し、主任代理人（lead counsel）として裁判を担当するとともに、三十回を超える法廷弁論を行った経験を持つ。
小澤は2018年にポール・ヘイスティングスに入所した。ニューヨーク州弁護士資格を有し、又日本に於いて外国法事務弁護士として登録されている。

- Representing a global pharmaceutical company in a patent-infringement case involving a COVID-19 vaccine.
- Representing a Japanese pharmaceutical company in an arbitration matter and a related district-court litigation over a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting, among others, breast and gastrointestinal cancer cells.
- Representing an American biotechnology company in the ITC and in a district court in connection with the alleged misappropriation of its trade secrets concerning a novel formulation to treat NAFLD / NASH.
- Represented a client as Lead Trial Counsel in a high-stakes custody case involving a severely disabled child and more than six million dollars in controversy. After a four-day bench trial in the Bronx County Supreme Court, successfully obtained a complete victory for the client.
- Represented a Japanese automobile manufacturer in a patent infringement case involving microprocessor designs and wireless communication protocols.
- Represented a multinational electronics company in a patent infringement case involving technologies relating to wireless messaging and mobile-device management.
- Represented a printer manufacturer against its competitor in a trade secret case.
