Joint Rule Proposal to Establish Technical Data Reporting Standards

August 9, 2024

The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Federal Reserve Board, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, National Credit Union Administration, and Federal Housing Finance Agency are proposing a joint rule to establish uniform data standards for data collected from these financial regulatory agencies on behalf of the Financial Stability Oversight Council.
