Daniel Prince, chair of Paul Hastings’ Litigation department in Los Angeles, and Ankush Dhupar, Employment of counsel, have been included in Los Angeles Business Journal’s Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys list.
Daniel represents clients in corporate and government investigations and highly complex litigation matters, including domestic and international arbitration, trials and class actions. In addition to handling commercial disputes, he counsels clients on employee mobility and trade secrets issues, confidentiality provisions, dispute resolution clauses and enhancements to compliance programs.
Ankush advises employers in unfair labor practice and union representation cases before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). He also represents employers on appeal before the NLRB in Washington, D.C. and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
