
Overview
William Chaskes is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. He represents public and private companies in data privacy and cybersecurity litigation and investigations, as well as advises clients concerning data privacy and cybersecurity risks in transactions. William worked with industry-leading experts in the alternative data and cybersecurity industry before entering the legal profession. His technical fluency and data science background is further informed by an early career working abroad in the People’s Republic of China’s technology sector, providing him with language skills and a global perspective on supply chain security and international data sovereignty. William is admitted to practice in New York.
