Overview
Monica Jang is of counsel in the Fintech practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. She represents banks and non-bank financial institutions in regulatory, compliance and transactional matters involving federal and state banking, payments, money transmission and digital asset regulations. She assists clients across the full regulatory lifecycle, from licensing and chartering to product counseling, compliance, regulatory engagement and supervisory examinations. She also advises on commercial transactions and partnerships involving fintech companies.

- Representing clients in regulatory inquiries, examinations, and supervisory matters before state and federal authorities.
