David Prowse is a partner in the Corporate M&A practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
David has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on both public and private acquisitions and disposals. His practice also covers private equity transactions and joint ventures, as well as equity capital markets and corporate governance matters. David has extensive experience across a variety of different sectors including sports, entertainment, technology, artificial intelligence and AI infrastructure.
