Paul Hastings Advised Raymond James in U.K.-Based Zura Bio Limited’s Cross-Border Business Combination with JATT Acquisition Corp

Paul Hastings LLP advised Raymond James as financial advisor in connection with U.K. clinical-stage biotechnology company Zura Bio Limited’s de-SPAC merger with JATT Acquisition Corp. As a result of the merger, the combined company’s shares are trading on Nasdaq under the ticker “ZURA.”
