Ronald Anguas and Carter Simpson Named to Benchmark Litigation’s ‘40 & Under’

Benchmark Litigation has recognized Investigations & White Collar Defense partner Ronald K. Anguas Jr. and Antitrust & Competition partner Carter C. Simpson among “the top emerging talent” on this year’s list of 40 & Under in the U.S.

The list singles out “the best and brightest litigators across the U.S.” under the age of 40.

Ronald represents multinational corporations, financial institutions and senior executives in high-stakes commercial disputes at both the trial and appellate levels, with a focus on securities class actions, antitrust litigation, civil RICO matters, and government enforcement and investigations.

Carter’s civil litigation practice focuses on antitrust, privacy and cybersecurity investigations and litigation.

Both are based in Paul Hastings’ Washington, D.C. office.
